Dr. Arifuddin

EDUCATOR

Dr. Arifuddin is a kinesiologist at PT. Edukasi Kebugaran Indonesia and the first and only NASM Master Trainer in Indonesia, with over 15 years of experience in the health, fitness, and human performance industry.

With a Doctorate in Health Sciences, his work focuses on orthopaedic rehabilitation, corrective exercise, sports conditioning, and geriatric health. His passion lies deeply in human movement, chronic pain, and anatomy—understanding how the body functions, adapts, and heals.

As a dedicated educator, Dr. Arifuddin has contributed to elevating Indonesia’s fitness profession by mentoring and certifying trainers across the nation. His approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, exploring the root causes of dysfunction by addressing not only the physical aspects, but also the stress, sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle factors that influence recovery and performance.

At PT. Edukasi Kebugaran Indonesia, he continues to bridge science and practice—empowering individuals to move better, recover stronger, and live healthier, more functional lives.

Sofia Yuniarti

EDUCATOR

Sofia is one of the educators at PT. Edukasi Kebugaran Indonesia. A Master Trainer from Functional Training Institute, two-time CrossFit Open National Champion, and a business owner behind a thriving Pilates studio in Ubud, Bali.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she has built a career dedicated to elevating movement, coaching, and education.

Her passion lies in helping people become more aware of their health while finding a sustainable balance between family, career, and personal well-being. She believes that athleticism goes beyond strength alone, it is a blend of power, grace, and discipline.

Through her work, she looks forward to helping coaches elevate the journey of both everyday clients and competitive athletes to understand the importance of balancing strength training with mindful movement.

As an educator, Sofia is committed to deliver evidence-based teaching adapted from NASM principles. Her goal is to empower aspiring coaches to teach with passion, confidence, and clarity. She strives to build coaches who not only master movement, but also develop the communication skills needed to connect with clients professionally and compassionately.

Jeffta Josua Rahardja

EDUCATOR

Jeffta is an accomplished fitness educator with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. As an NASM International Educator and Eleiko Master Trainer in Weightlifting and Powerlifting, he brings extensive expertise in both coaching and education to PT. Edukasi Kebugaran Indonesia.

Jeffta has led, managed, and trained teams of instructors across multiple fitness disciplines—including functional training, indoor cycling, and Pilates—equipping them with both technical mastery and instructional excellence.

With a strong academic background in mathematics and data science, he approaches fitness through an evidence-based and data-driven lens, ensuring that every coaching method and educational strategy is grounded in science and measurable outcomes.

Driven by a passion for elevating the fitness profession, Jeffta is committed to educating both fitness enthusiasts and professionals about the importance of a holistic approach to fitness—one that balances the physical, mental, psychological, and emotional aspects of human performance. He believes that only by building and integrating all these pillars can we create meaningful, sustainable, and transformative fitness journeys for ourselves and those we teach.
